It is worth noting that our courses are not PowerPoint presentations; they are practical, hands-on sessions packed with opportunities for you to familiarise yourself with our products, solutions and software. Our professional in-house trainer will give you ample time to ask questions and for you to look into specific requirements (i.e. a particular installation or project) so that you leave with the knowledge you need to get the most out of the product.

Training Dates:
Our one-day introduction course is perfect for newcomers to Hanwha Techwin’s range of products. During the day, you will learn about configuring our cameras and recorders before connecting them to our Wisenet Viewer software.
This course will cover:
- The Hanwha Techwin camera range, including part code structure, features, installation and troubleshooting
- The Wisenet Device Manager software, which is used to set up and configure our IP cameras
- Hanwha Techwin's recording devices, looking at IP and hybrid solutions
- Our Wisenet Viewer software package, which is designed to work seamlessly with our recorders
- Smartphone (Android/iOS) integration
The course will conclude with a short certification test. All required equipment will be provided, but delegates are welcome to bring their own laptops if they wish.
