Such information may be stored in data centres in South Korea and Hanwha Vision employees globally may access this information. There is no adequacy agreement in place for South Korea. As Hanwha Vision has its headquarters in South Korea, personal data as provided on this Contact Form may be processed at this location whereby data is entered into Company filing systems and, as such, it is necessary for contractual fulfilment and for the response to contact requests. All data held in the infrastructure based in South Korea is treated with extreme care. Hanwha Vision is an ISO27001 accredited organisation and all data storage is governed under this internationally recognised accreditation.
Data Subjects have the right to request erasure, rectification, restriction of processing as well as the right to receiving a copy of all data held by Hanwha Vision on the requesting Data Subject. Should Hanwha Vision receive a request for erasure of Personal Information, it should be accepted that residual Personal Information may continue to reside in Hanwha Vision’s records and archives, as it is not technically feasible for us to remove this information, but Hanwha Vision does warrant that it will not be used for commercial purposes of any kind.
